Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of engineering experience in aviation, aircraft maintenance, or a related technical environment.
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance with a working knowledge scheduled checks.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, inspections, and repair processes.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and airworthiness requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs.
- Display effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- If hired, must be able to obtain a valid passport.
- Ability to speak/read/write in English.
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- Advanced degree in an engineering field or a closely related discipline.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering.
- Knowledge of CRJ Maintenance.
- Experience supporting heavy maintenance checks.
- Experience working with MRO providers.

Supervisory Responsibility: This is not a supervisory position.
Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Director of Engineering.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
