Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of progressively responsible supervisory or leadership experience, preferably within Inflight, airline operations, or a comparable operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting front‑line teams, including coaching, performance management, and handling employee relations matters.
- Experience supporting operational performance, attendance, reliability, or compliance processes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Previous experience in Inflight Operations or airline operational leadership.
- Experience supporting or working within a unionized environment, including working knowledge of collective bargaining agreements to include sections related to time and attendance.
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), including Part 121 operations.
- Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and operational or safety reporting processes.
- Experience analyzing operational, attendance, or reliability trends, including use of reporting or data visualization tools to support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of K2 programs, Tableau, CrewTrac, or similar operational and reporting systems.
- Experience supporting or administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Familiarity with Apple iPad iOS or comparable mobile device platforms used in operational environments.
Additional Information
Supervisory Responsibility: This is a supervisory position.
Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Director of Inflight Operations.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
