Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
- Valid Passport (able to obtain within 90 Days).
- Advanced skill in the use of Technical Data, Manuals, Reliability Statistics.
- Skill in public speaking and presentation, influence and persuasion, approachability and building rapport, organizational and planning techniques, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement principles and practices.
- Knowledge of analytical methods and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively (listening, oral, and written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse groups and teams.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, aggressive growth environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products including Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge and experience with predictive maintenance technology and analytics.
- Ability to speak/read/write in English.
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- Associate’s degree in an aviation field.
- Minimum four years’ experience in Part 121 operations.
Additional Information
Supervisory Responsibility: This is a supervisory position.
Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Director of Engineering & Technical Services.
Authorities: None
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
