The Assistant Director Training Support and Crew Records provides direction for the Manager Training Support and the Manager IOE Scheduling to assure Flight Operations Training performance achieves Company goals and objectives associated with safety, reliability, operational efficiency, productivity, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role is instrumental in creating and supporting strategic objectives for Operations Training Support Departments.

Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Director of Flight Training.
Authorities: Responsible for overall operational performance of the Flight Training Support Departments– can be delegated to respective Managers within department, but responsibility is retained by the Assistant Director.
Supervisory Responsibility: This is a supervisory position.
