Position Summary
Designs and develops curriculum content, training materials, training modules, teaching aids, and coordinates all aspects of curriculum development to include, but not limited to aircraft technical skills, safety, Human Factors, and new technology in aviation systems and maintenance. This individual will develop written, instructor led, self-paced, computer based, and other types of curriculum to be used by training facilitators, instructors, and training participants. This individual is expected to work with Maintenance Training Department personnel, Management, other departments, and external business partners to elicit their expertise and input to ensure accuracy and standardization of all training materials and content. This individual will be expected to deliver accurate, high-quality curriculum within a specified timeline and will work with multiple types of content including web-based media. The Instructional Developer will utilize adult learning principles to develop instructional materials. This individual will be the focal for online Learning Management System (LMS) functions for the Maintenance Training Department.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
