Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to obtain airport SIDA badging.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, Teams).
- At least two years of inventory, supply chain, warehouse, or facility maintenance experience in aviation.
- At least 1 year experience with heavy maintenance supply chain or equivalent commercial aviation logistics
- Experience using an inventory management system.
- Previous experience with HAZ MAT shipping procedures.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Excels in handling multiple project tasks, communicating, and delegating responsibility.
- Comfortable with making decisions, monitoring progress and reporting results.
- Proven ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
- Commitment to system functionality, efficiency improvement, and user satisfaction in rapidly growing and changing environments.
- Strong planning/organization capability and ability to make major decisions quickly.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US

Supervisory Responsibility: This is a supervisory position.
Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Manager of Operational Material Logistics.
Authorities: None
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
