Position Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible building and executing all phases of the recruiting process for assigned client groups and/or functional roles within PSA Airlines. This person will report directly to the Director of Recruiting and will indirectly manage a recruiting coordinator.

Qualifications
Required
Minimum five (5) years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience; ideally with experience related to client group assigned
Extensive knowledge of social networking platforms, online communities, conferences, and other sourcing channels.
BS/BA degree preferred but not required if proven relevant experience exists.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM tools and virtual recruiting tools,
strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Preferred
Excellent client management skills that will allow PSA to grow our college recruitment program.
Highly effective in managing his/her time
Proven experience in successfully building and managing client and candidate relationships throughout each phase of recruiting process
