The Manager, Inflight Training Delivery impacts PSA Airlines’ by providing essential support and oversight of training for Flight Attendants. This role will ensure Inflight Training Specialists and Instructors are able to provide direction for safe, reliable, timely and quality service to PSA customers.
• Training, managing and scheduling of Inflight Training Specialists, including evaluation of Instructor performance
• Work with the Manager of Inflight Instructional Design and subject matter experts (SME) to identify and evaluate possible learning solutions and select the most appropriate ones to capture and shape content into innovative learning. Ensure specialists have the resources to facilitate this learning.
• Oversee and manage all flight attendant initial and recurrent training in accordance with PSA’s approved training manual.
• Complete and maintain all training records for Flight Attendants.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements (CFRs, TSRs, DOTs, security directives), company policies and procedures.
• Conduct Flight Attendant training courses and deliver curriculum in cases of an Inflight Trainer’s absence.
• Plan, develop, and provide training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Perform proficiency checks and I.O.E. certifications to ensure compliance with new and existing regulations.
• Collaborate with Manager of Inflight Instructional Design to ensure consistent application of all training curriculum
• Responsible for the Company’s Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
• In absence, the Director of Inflight Operations and Training will handle all responsibilities
• Previous Flight Attendant Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position
• 3-5 years of classroom instruction or training experience
• Retain qualification and currency as PSA Airlines Flight Attendant
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong Microsoft office skills

Supervisory Responsibility: This is a supervisory position.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
