• Reports To: Supervisor of Pilot Recruiting Operations
• Direct Reports: None
• Relocation: Local candidates preferred
• Travel: Travel to recruiting events and training (approximately 10%)

Responsibilities

Position Summary


As the Recruiting Travel Coordinator, you will impact PSA Airlines’ business growth by facilitating travel logistics associated with Pilot, Flight Attendant, and Maintenance candidates. In working with the recruiting team to provide seamless and efficient travel coordination, you will directly contribute to the candidate experience.


Job Responsibilities


Travel Logistics
• Books and confirms travel for candidates during interview process (pilot, flight attendant, MTX).
• Books and confirms travel for pre-hire training, indoctrination class, and New Hire Orientation.
• Coordinates and verifies lodging information for candidate travel.
Administrative Duties
• Compiles packets for weekly interviews
• Inputs and maintains referral program tracking.
• Verify and validate referral submissions.
• Acts as technical expert and trainer for recruiting systems (iCIMS, SABRE, Sharepoint, Tableau, Workday, etc.).
• Builds and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all systems.
Recruiting Support
• Creates uniform document presentation format/system for entire recruiting team.
• Distributes AskAPilot emails.
• Partners with Recruiting Manager/Supervisor and HR Recruiters to ensure a thorough documentation process.
• Supports overall hiring process changes and implementations where needed.
• Updates recruiting process and tracking documents where needed.
• Represents PSA at recruiting evens as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications


Required
• Bachelor’s degree (including pending degree) or equivalent work experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
• 1 year experience in recruiting administration
• Knowledge of or ability to learn and utilize applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and virtual recruiting tools 
• Ability to use or learn how to use online screening tools and technology to build efficiencies into the overall recruiting process

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English

• If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US


Preferred
• Pilot or aviation related recruiting administration experience

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
