Operations Training Coordinator
 
• Location: Dayton, OH
• Reports To: Manager of Training Administration and Crew Records
• Direct Reports: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (occassional weekends, possibly remote)
• Relocation: None
• Travel: No travel required

Responsibilities

Position Summary 
 
This position is responsible for 
 
Job Responsibilities 
  • Data entry of pilot and flight attendant qualification records to include data entry, reports and audits of CrewQual.
  • Arrange hotel and travel for pilot students and flight attendant students
  • Arrange hotel and travel for pilot and flight attendant instructors
  • Build Pilot and Flight Attendant student schedules in CrewTrac
  • Build Pilot and Flight Attendant instructor schedules in CrewTrac
  • Assist (3x per month) in CrewTrac pairing modification for Pilots and Flight Attendants needing training in CrewTrac
  • Schedule Pilot Line Checks
  • Schedule Pilot Line Check Airmen
  • Schedule LCA FAA observations
  • Schedule Instructor Line Flying
  • Prepare student folders and arrange for V-file logisitcs
  • Coordinate service of office equipment
  • All other duties as assigned by Training Management

Qualifications

Qualifications 
 
Required
• Administrative experience desired; along with possessing good organizational skills, and an ability to perform multiple tasks

• Attention to accuracy

• Team-player attitude

• Computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US

Supervisory Responsibility: This is not a supervisory position

Travel: No travel required

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
