• Work Schedule / Shift: Full-time with an expectation of evening and weekend hours. Days and hours of work are determined by shift Monday-Sunday, 04:00-24:00

This position impacts PSA Airline’s daily operations, supervising Dispatchers and OCC Coordinators. Responsible for dotted line reporting to the Managers of Crew Scheduling and Maintenance Control providing some supervision for those departments.
• Core Responsibilities
o Provide operational direction for all three departments in the OCC and is the final decision maker for cancellations and delays.
o Supervision of the complete OCC with direct reporting to department Managers.
o Be the single point of contact for the OCC shift for internal and external contacts.
o Manage and report irregular operations
o Track LOBs and incidents in the OCC
o Assist with hubs situations or events
• Other Shift Duties
o Conference call briefings for day
o Manage daily controllable delays
• Other Dispatch Manager Assistance Duties
o Route database maintenance
o Navigational Database updates
o Flight Schedule load
o Dispatch Audit Program
o Fuel program
o HFR Fuel program
o Assist with other departmental requests
o Work with AeroData on projects and issues
o Assist with payroll
o Build other users in other departments into appropriate software and grant access to users
o DECS //TE and RES Admin building
o Other projects as assigned.
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
• Aircraft Dispatch Certificate
• Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous Part 121 airline experience
• Advanced knowledge of FAA regulations
• If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US.
• Previous experience interacting with maintenance and crew scheduling

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
