The Operations Coordinator impacts PSA Airlines’ day-to-day processes. Acting as a liaison between the leadership of Inflight Operations, Flight Operations and crew members. This position ensures the smooth running of the Inflight Operations department.
• Provides support to the base and management personnel ensuring they have the resources to support the crews.
• Works closely with Flight Operations Directors and Station personnel.
• Collaborates with other departments and station personnel that have a vested interest in station operations.
• Monitors and updates Crew tracking and reliability.
• Works closely with OCC personnel in daily operations.
• Oversees multiple projects as assigned.
• Sorts and distributes company mail on a daily basis.
• Reconciles coffee funds as needed.
• Coordinates special events and meetings for Flight and Inflight leadership team.
• Assists the Compliance Supervisor in serving random drug notifications to crew members according to Company policy.
• Assists in the distribution and collection of Company identification badges, returning old badges to the Human Resources department.
• Maintains crew room appearance and crew files as well as monitors the crew room computers to ensure that they are operating properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to five years of experience in an office environment
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel
• At least one year of aviation experience

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment and in an airport terminal. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.
